On February 11, 2017, rallies to defund Planned Parenthood drew counter-protestors. Around the country, people gathered in support of reproductive rights. Out of consideration for its patients, Planned Parenthood asked that supporters demonstrate their commitment away from clinics to lessen the stress and conflict for those seeking medical care.
